Tony Koschinsky's 1969 TR6

I bought my 1969 TR6 in 1977 from the brother in law of the original owner.  It had led a hard life and was being sold for parts, but it was rust free and capable of being made serviceable, so I gave him $250 and hauled it home.

It had been white from the factory but was a ghastly shade of goldy yellow when I bought it so I painted it green, which it remained until I turned 40 and needed a red sports car, as one does.  Not being able to afford a new one, I repainted the one I had and also took the opportunity to sew up a new interior.

An engine refresh, refinished dash, installation of overdrive and a new top resulted in a great little car that has taken me on many trips, short and long, with like minded SBCC members and hopefully will take me on many more.
