1962 triumph sport 6 Vitesse

Very early car, started production May 1962. 675 cars sold in North America, this was car number 1058 (3rd oldest surviving sport 6 vitesse)

2 door 4 passenger convertible, first edition car.  After 1964 had 2000cc motor with twin stroberg carbs.  This car has numbers matching motor, original twin solex carbs, and 1600 cc 6 cyl engine. The engine number is HB1107HE, denoting HB =1598cc, Number 1107, HE high compression.   I purchased this sight unseen and am ready for a complete restoration.
